ClipnClip uses a small number of first-party cookies. Necessary ones run the site and remember your choice; analytics ones are set only after you click "Accept analytics". We use no advertising cookies and load no third-party trackers.

2.Sign-in uses browser storage, not cookies
When you sign in, your session token and current workspace are stored in your browser's localStorage, not in cookies. They are sent only to the ClipnClip API, and are removed when you sign out.
cnc.sessionand the current workspace: necessary, until you sign out.cnc.signup_source: the landing page of your first visit, attached to your account if you sign up. It holds UTM tags and the referrer only if you accepted analytics; withdrawing consent reduces it back to the landing page.- Recorder preferences and unfinished upload parts (IndexedDB): necessary, so a recording survives a lost connection.
3.What analytics means here
With your OK we count, on our own servers, which pages lead to sign-ups and where visitors came from. No analytics script or cookie is loaded before you accept, nothing is shared with third parties, and nothing is used for advertising.
4.Change your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. It applies at once, and we ask again after 12 months or when this policy changes in a way that needs a new choice.
